Had these on my car and was very happy with them. Only moved on to coilovers as I was doing more track work and needed more adjustment.  

Give I nice little drop that suits the car well and doesn't need any other parts or compromise the ride. 

They were on my car for about 7000 miles and are in good condition with only a couple of spots of surface rust. 

 

£80 ono collected from ss14 in Essex

Have pictures showing the ride height on oem wheels and 18's if that helps
