BOBEL 73 Report post Posted July 29, 2019 Per title what aftermarket rods will fit the OEM pistons? I.e accommodate the taper into the piston wrist pins Before I get the why not throw forged pistons into the engine questions....., I’m looking at my options to build a back up race engine that will run approx 300hp, using the existing pistons and rings will make life a little easier when it comes to a quick break in, plus keep costs in check given my own labour is free for the build, saying all that depending on my options I might still go all out and pop pistons in there to future proof! matrixprotein 33 Report post Posted July 30, 2019 Isn't worth doing pistons with what you're doing. Rods is more than enoughSent from my CLT-L09 using Tapatalk
