1. K-Sport 330mm Big Brake Kit for GT86/BRZ

Immaculate condition as you can see from pictures, as they were only on the car for 3 months and about 2000 miles. This is the 330x32mm 8pot kit with 2 piece fixed rotors and it has a custom colour RAL5002 (ultramarine blue). Will also include the EBC Bluestuff pads which have some life left.

£995

Collection from Stamford, Lincs or postage at buyers expense

Thanks

2. Myself and @3782mc have the one up from that, the Hayward and Scott Helmholtz resonator cat back and it's brilliant, no drone (by design) and overall quieter than most other cat backs with decat manifold. Borderline too quiet actually with stock front pipe so I went for a HFC and was a good compromise.

3. I have this and its very good. Pricey but even with decat manifold, and hfc front pipe it's still quite respectable volume-wise and no drone . If you are stock manifold and front pipe you might find it slightly too quiet though

4. Are you running a catless header?

The Hayward and Scott system with helmholtz that myself and @3782mc use are very quiet in comparison to a lot of aftermarket ones I've heard, even with catless header with oem front pipe, then slightly more noise when swapping out the front pipe for hfc / decat.

5. What is the advantage of Waze over Google Maps these days? Just mobile cameras?
I believe Google own waze in some shape or form, bought out several years ago. So the reports that are put on waze now get displayed on Google maps. I've generally preferred the layout of gmaps so have stuck with it but if it's a new route or it looks like Google maps has picked up some traffic and trying to send me a different way I'll check with waze first! Both great apps tbh

6. will300 Thanks, at least that highlights to me the bit I may need to modify

If anyone has any pictures of the cooler itself fitted that would be grand, just to see how they are been mounted to the plastic under tray

Thanks
Mine was fouling the stock airbox very slightly, so used some heat proof exhaust pad (usually made for motorbike exhausts) stuck to the airbox against the oil cooler line and its been fine. The thermostat hex thing corner was against another pipe too, although not common and Mike sorted that out quickly. Would recommend TD oil cooler kit overall, just don't need to worry now about track temps

7. Project Mu do seem to get good reviews. Have all those above who are running non stock pads also gone in for uprated brake fluid? And braided lines for good measure? Or are a set of decent pads and a well maintained brake system all that's needed unless going all the way with a BBK?
Luke, hope you don't mind me jumping in on your thread. I thought it would be useful to hear what people also think about fluid and hoses as well.....and, because like you, I'm at thst stage of needing to replace pads and thinking an upgrade is in order
Yes rbf660, worth it as I was boiling fluid before (even ate200), and braided lines, although I'm not sure how much difference the lines actually made and I'm sure I read somewhere the oem lines are actually pretty decent anyway
