Toyota now only do 2 service prices!!
£250 for INTERMEDIATE & £395 for FULL
The FULL+ doesn't exist anymore so the BIG service involving spark plugs is £395!!!!! -

I'll be there, enjoyed the Jap Sunday last year. It'll be good to see cars that
i'll probably never see on the road and definitely wouldn't be able to buy!!!
-
I'll be at the Supercars, don't think they'll let the '86 in as a display 'Supercar' !!!😂

No need to reach across to unlock passenger door! Just press the button on inside of driver's door as you get in. You can also put in a code on keypad in glovebox that unlocks both doors, instructions on forum somewhere.
I had full size key cut by independent, he did say he hadn't got one with the hole in!!! I explained it was only there to latch original small key into fob.
He also checked for a transponder for coding, doesn't have one!!

Had same thing, broke key, used WD40 and other key to get in. Charged battery, took car to dealer and they put in 65Ah battery under warranty.
I went to key cutter and had a full size key cut. £13

I'll pass on the meet at Shell as nearly 2 hour drive so can't guarantee an arrival time.
Save me a parking space at circuit!!

Received my pass today. Yes it's a very early start, will take me around an hour & a half to get there.
Anyone know how long it lasts? Not been before.

I've applied and registered car.

I think the glass runner has gone past the sensor. I was washing the car and pressed the aforementioned button on door frame whilst door open. The window went up, as I would expect, but half an inch too far. The reason I pressed the button was because I had a problem before where the window wouldn't rise and fall when door opened and closed, found that the button was loose. This was also because internals had been removed for paint spray work. The paint wasn't quite right so hence going back in.
-
Passenger window closing too high, not opening slightly when opening and closing door.
If I open window fully and then 'one shot' it the window goes right up and then about two thirds down.
I have tried the obstruction reset but makes no difference.
I have just had a bit of work done on this door which would have involved internal removal.
Any ideas or is it a trip to Toyota? -
Good choice! Where in Kent are you? Be good to meet, I'm Rochester.

There was a complete set of heated Giallo seats from a breaker a couple of months ago at £500. Sold quite quick, would've had them myself as spares. No spare cash or storage spacee! My local toyota dealer reckoned the Giallo seats would be more than £1600 new due to the yellow seat logo.

Thanks everyone, now got some good options. Never had this problem with the ST185!
-
Thanks for the link but I want to keep the car stock so it's, unfortunately, a no to that.

Does anyone know an easy to way to clean inside the rear window without removing high brake light. The only way I can see is to use something thin with a cloth on which, obviously wouldn't be great!
-
Really sorry to hear your bad news. I hope you will still be part of the club in one way or another.

Wanting to go to an Essex meeting but, again, can't make this one as going to Lydden Hill to see World Rallycross.

My fob battery has been changed at both the services it's had.
I usually plug my phone into USB when driving and it definitely charges!

Had a great day! Weather was perfect for a car show!
Really nice to see another Giallo, few and far between!
