The obd2 device died after a couple of days due to a broken connection point. In now working on MK2 using an old andoird phone. Still trying to work out mounting. Used a cool bit of software to automate unlocking the phone and booting Dashcommand up when the car starts.

Have it working fine on Android with Dashcommand, just working out mounting options. Used another bit of software to auto unlock the phone and boot dashcommand when the car starts (and the opposite when the car is turned off)
Makes good use of an old phone

I use Shell out of preference, however I often go past a Tesco so sometimes substitute with their 99RON stuff. Worst case is my nearest station, BP with 98 RON Ultimate. Used 95 RON only once when I was in the middle of nowhere with no fuel and no options. It ran, but lumpy and a bit flat

I would really not recommend running on standard fuel even on the standard car. It tends to run lumpy

Try bicarbonate in tubs overnight, it absorbs most smells

Kleers all the way. Amazing stuff. The wife now uses it in the house too. Zero streaking

I can only take about road performance but they stop well but have a more gradual bite than OEM which I initially thought was reduced stopping power-it isn't. It actually allows you to have more control in applying partial brake, less binary. It is a desirable trait.

Hi, as epic as that sounds I am sadly going to pass. It is just too noisy for my daily motorway commute. Sorry mate

How about asking them to fit a bumper without sensors and a full refund for the cost of rear parking sensors as they are not fit for purpose? If the rest of the car is ok it could be a compromise to suggest?

That is a sexy looking exhaust, would it be batshit loud on a standard manifold and decay non-res front pipe?

Just an update of this if anyone interested.I've been compensated for the damage caused. I've also had 2 new rear lights fitted under warranty. The new lights actually look better than the originals, I'll post some pics when I've taken some.
Oil leak has been 'fixed' again (2nd time) but will monitor this over the next couple of days to see how bad the smell of burning oil is.
Glad you got sorted, intrigued to see these better lights!

Routing cables, there aren't many locations for clean installs of stuff in the 86, I'm planning something for this spot

Logged on my N/A car for you, to the right you can see max, min and average values for each VVTI sensor
Hope this helps in some way, if you are near Stockport I will gladly run this on your car for you, as well as full diagnostics.
