So basically if you have 300hp and bend a rod theirs two options. Fully forged 400HP engine 10kish or semi forged 300hp 3.8k ish

Why would anyone get a fully built engine when all that goes wrong on our cars is the rods anyway ? This sounds too good to be true

Quick question, where I live theirs a road that goes down hill and then has a trough bottom and goes up hill suddenly… I am scared if I get coil overs which lowers my car that I will scrape my front splitter at that trough point. My question is will coilovers making my suspension stiffer mean I won’t scrape my car because the car won’t rebound when I go from the point of driving down hill to up hill. The road is a 70mph road so a small scrape could destroy my front bumper etc so it’s a big deal breaker for if coilovers are for me where I live + I use this road daily. if that makes sense Thanks

Would shorter gear ratios help reduce rod knock much since stress on the engine when it’s got no momentum at low rpms is what bends the rods? just an idea. How expensive is it to change gearing also if anyone did this

Oh I understand, if you only had this super res and not the cat back would it sound different vs the stock resonator I was considering the super res + cat back but idk what just the super res would be like by itself and the stock exhaust system (I’m going turbo on the 29th at TD but was planning on keeping my stock exhaust system just removing the CATS.. I’m curious what it would be like stock exhaust system minus the cats then this super res)

HT AUTOS front splitter. To be honest I don’t know if coilovers are worth it as good ones are thousands + if I damage my front bumper that’s loads and I will be worried about driving to the point where I can’t just drive u know.

Good idea I might try this but yeah finding a time when the road is empty might be tough
