  1. Hi all. I am located in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. I'm happy to travel to meet you for petrol money, ideally we'd meet somewhere in the middle if you're far away. This would only apply for the exhaust as the other 2 items can be posted. All items are available for collection if you prefer. I have also posted this on the other UK GT86 Forum where I am more well known and been a member for +5 years. https://www.gt86ownersclub.co.uk/threads/q300-exhaust-mishimoto-silicone-intake-trd-rear-aero-stabaliser-4k-miles-done.19341/ I have the following parts for sale. £ 66 - Mishimoto Silicone Induction Hose - fits Subaru BRZ / FRS / Toyota GT86 (Original cost £106) SOLD £750 - Invidia Q300 Catback Exhaust System Titanium Tips FITS: Toyota GT86 Subaru BR-Z (Original cost was £955) SOLD £100 - TRD Aero Stabilizing Cover For 86 (ZN6) MS346-18001 (Original Cost was £175) Prices do not include delivery. If you want to buy all 3 items and collect/meet. I can knock some more money off. Each part has been on my car for a little over 6 months. I have sold my GT86 and in this time they've covered 4,000 miles. The parts are essentially almost new. Exhaust obviously has a bit of road grime on it to be expected but nothing major... pretty shiny still all in all! A bit of autosol and it would look absolutely brand new. I have sold quite a bit of things on here in my time, including another Q300 exhaust so this isn't my first rodeo. Payment will be via bank transfer or Paypal friends and family only. I do not accept cash. Please consult the pictures below: Mishimoto Silicone Intake Hose:
  2. TRD Cover - payment received @Cfb86 Just the Mishimoto silicone hose left. Thank you to the buyer
  3. @Cfb86 TRD Aero cover under offer - so please no more pms On hold waiting payment. Thank you
  4. Hey - just an update. Exhaust sold on other forum. Just the TRD Aero and Mishimoto intake pipe to go. I'll check my pms and reply to you about the TRD guys - thanks!
  5. Brand new kit... just arrived today. I ordered them... and then forgot about them, took about 3-4 weeks delivery and since then I've changed my plans. Going to get a bigger wing installed of carbon fibre. This will add about 40mm height to your BRZ/GT86 (Facelift versions only, ie 2017+) and make it look a lot better. Cost me £120 with delivery. Yours for £100 + £5 delivery. Brand new condition, never used. Only opened box to take a few pictures... I'm in Lincoln, so happy to meet up to exchange cash for goods. Or can deliver if you're local, or I'll send it by courier (DPD probably). My account is pretty new to this forum, but I have another account on the other forum: Where you can see I've sold multiple items etc. I'm also happy to put it on ebay for your protection, however I will also have to add 3% to cover paypal fees. https://www.gt86ownersclub.co.uk/forum/62-sale-gt86-brz-parts-upgrades/18751-gt86-brz-perrin-spoiler-wing-riser-kit-brand-new.html#post226837
  6. TRD Front and Rear Black Toyota Badges: These badges were made by Pete Thompson - https://www.instagram.com/pete39sp/?hl=en Cost around £120 including postage - You will need some 3M tape to stick them to your car. Located: Lincoln Happy to post. £55 + postage
  7. "Won't risk shipping"? Why? It's £500 value, the insurance cost is absolutely minimal. You're looking at £70 fully insured and delivered to the UK. You'd probably get more interest with shipping - especially now with second lockdown. Making a journey nationally for these wheels I'm pretty sure would be frowned upon.
  8. Bump I'll accept £45
  9. I'm amazed to hear the ages of some of you. I think it's fantastic (I appreciate I sound condescending). I'm 30 years old and it makes me smile knowing that some of you guys still in 60s are out there enjoying cars. Gives me hope for the future! The sad story of my car was a 65 year old retiree bought his dream car for retirement, and died from undiagnosed cancer 3 weeks later. That's how I came to get my car. It's a 69 plate that I picked up this July with 200 miles on the clock... the family only sold it to me because they knew it was my dream car. I couldn't pay anywhere near it's true value. I felt bad at the time for buying someone else's dream, particularly at the price they sold to me. They seemed happy to sell it to an enthusiast though. It makes me happy and I think as a car lover who is way too attached to his car. If I ever had to get rid of my car, giving it to someone who would appreciate it would make me happy. Anyway, it was a sad story and I truly felt sorry for the original owner (also, called James and he had the same birth date as me... another reason the family sold it to me! interesting coincidences!) Anyway I'm way off topic. But it just made me think. Congratulations and welcome to the world of the twins (GT86/BRZ). Enjoy it, they're fantastic cars and I hope you'll be able to enjoy this one for 15 years. Quite reliable, decent servicing costs. Fun... has backseats (that can be used in a pinch!)... fold the seats down and it becomes very practicable. I've had hatchbacks (208gti) that had less space for luggage etc! Anyway take care and enjoy your new car. If you have any questions. The two UK forums are more than enough to help you. Neither, as active as they both use to be, but still enough. Here's a picture of mine: (You need to upload one of yours! @tomlee80

    225/45/17 tyres?

My primacies were brand new really... I'd done ~2k miles on them. But they're just not good tyres overall, they're pretty okay in the dry. But since having the PS4 it really highlights how poor they were. I went 225 purely because of cost, was about £40 cheaper a tyre... I got them for around £60 a tyre. Including ATS euro discount + cashback from halifax + cashback from top cash back. But they only had 225, but zero regrets. Plus the tyres look/feel better than my 215s ever did.

    225/45/17 tyres?

@BRZ-123 A general update... Absolutely loving my tyres. 225 is fantastic, PS4 also fantastic. I worried it would kill the fun of the car, but no. Just given supreme confidence and made the car a blast, as you can really really hold the speed now through the corners. Truly the best purchase I've made thus far. To anyone on the fence, 225 is fine. PS4's are excellent. Have a look for cashback offers... I got mine for a very cheap price all in all.

    225/45/17 tyres?

I'm finding my 225 tyres absolutely fine. No difference in steering tbh. Just feels grippier which is what I wanted anyway. I'm very happy, would I be happier on 215? Who knows. But 225 I've run for ~500 miles now and they're fantastic.

    225/45/17 tyres?

So I had 225/45/17 fitted today... PS4's for around £65 a corner, which was insane value. ATS still have the offer, combined with top cash-back and halifax banking. They are so much stickier... wow. Big big big difference. Not all positive, if anything the car feels a bit too stuck to the road. haha I know that doesn't sound like a bad thing but funnily enough it feels too safe now. But perhaps that's just as the tyres are brand brand new. As a whole I'm very happy, the car seems more responsive, faster and honestly going around corners is a blast... because really I didn't have to use my brakes much on the way home at all. Just absolute glued to the tarmac. I think if you don't push your car very hard (I do) you will find these tyres too sticky/too boring. But pushing my car on Lincolnshire backroads just wow... Also, wheels are confirmed to be 7.5" on performance pack @Lauren I looked at the rims and they also measured them. Interesting comment from ATS Euro was the 215's although recommended were too stretched on my 7.5" rim and funny enough they recommended the 225, as it would happen I ordered 225 anyway... When he put the 225s on he commented how the sidewalls were straight like they were supposed to be. Whereas on the 215s they were too stretched. Furthermore, the wheel arches are improved. This is on stock springs, and the wheel gap on the front and back is notably different! Very happy overall, just a small negative that the car is "too sticky" haha. But very happy. I'll give it another very spirited drive tomorrow and give you an update for those that are interested in 225s

    225/45/17 tyres?

Fair enough.... so 225s will certainly be suitable on mine. I'll ask the tyre fitters on Tuesday to confirm the wheel size on my performance pack. Hopefully they are indeed 7.5". Thanks @Lauren

    225/45/17 tyres?

Interesting... I just looked this up in my manual. I have blue series with performance pack. This is from my manual lol... so it doesn't make it clear at all. It has 3 sizes listed... fun.
  17. Yeah it's true. Most people dont wan't to touch modded. Most garages refuse them on P/X, or offer you to restore it to standard. In my experience.

Definitive rattles and worrying noises thread?

Tbh my 2019 blue edition rattles... there's quite a few. But I just turn my music up and ignore it. Works for me!

    225/45/17 tyres?

Going on a 2019 (December 2019) Blue Edition... not sure that matters, wheels are standard 7" just black and look a bit fancier 😛 But will update, they're going on Tuesday

    225/45/17 tyres?

Personally, I'm going Michelin PS4's at 225/45/17 to test. We'll see, maybe this is a mistake and I'll regret it for sidewall flex... but considering it's upgrading from the Primacies, it's probably unlikely I'll even notice the flex. Edit: Just ordered the tyres. I'll update once fitted and can compare vs the primacies

Post your GT86 / BRZ pic of day!

Just 3M fixing tape, and yeah it was hard to get it on right. But it's mainly held on at the top of the plate down to the middle, the bottom isn't really connected to the car. But it doesn't matter and it hasn't moved since I installed it so obviously okay! (have been +100 mph) I gave the plate a little bend with my hands, not too much as it'll snap and eventually it will conform to the front panel anyway due to the tension and time.

Post your GT86 / BRZ pic of day!

My car just back from the detailers. Had a full ceramic coating applied and 2 stage polish... car was brand new but swirls from dealers rip.
