How much would you want for the black trim in the cabin? I'm guessing this would all fit RHD

May be interested In the gear knob but don't have the funds as of right now. If there's someone else interested then by all means do what you gotta do but if it's still there in a couple weeks I might be interested. Does it make the gear shifting feel smoother for 1/2?

I have a resonated cobra cat back. It sounds perfect. It's subtle when you're cruising but as soon as you give the car a some it the exhaust comes to life and has a really nice Tone which is aggressive but not obnoxious. Mark from abbey motors advised me against the non resonated one as it is ridiculously loud and sounds rubbish compared to the resonated system.

Hey, Don't know if this is in the right part of the forums apologies if not. My 14 plate 86 had the red leather trim, but there's a tiny bit of fade on the steering wheel already. Only done 16k! Is there anything I can do to prevent this or make it look New again?

I have a decat borla uel manifold sitting in my bedroom, it was an impulse buy and admittedly I should've done some more homework, I'm still rather new to the whole modding scene so here I am... Once I get this fitted and tuned, what can I expect from The life expectancy of my engine? I'm not going forced induction and this car is my daily, I'd just like it to some more guts. I currently have cobra resonated catback as my only other exhaust mod - nothing else performance wise. I'll probably get a hks or cosworth air filter too when I get this done. Do I have anything to worry about? It's only done 15k miles on a 14 plate so still pretty much brand new. Do I have to worry about the 86 prematurely dying on me? Thanks!

Ok guys I'll be in touch, gotta check some stuff out first as gotta make sure the car can make it into work before I commit to this! Only clear the hill into our car park on stock height by a smidge haha. Well find out next week, thanks for the reply

Well damn, that's a good enough reason not to be on the road. Haven't had the time to read through it all had a little skim, sounds absolutely ridiculous but mate I'd love to see that in person once it's finished! Definitely going to be following this haha. Alright rob? Didn't see you sure I would have noticed your car haha. Was out with the misses last weekend in her car driving through coulsdon and you drove past and she goes "why didn't you get a white one it looks so much better then red!" I can't win. Fml 😂

I just used plasti dip mate. Takes about half hour/45 minutes but you can always peel it off so if you mess it up or fancy going back to chrome. Very easy stuff to use. 👌 Brought the genuine stuff off amazon for about £20 or halfords sell a similar product called rusteze I think. It's cheaper, would need to do an extra coat or 2 as its a bit thinner but just as good in my opinion.
