Hi Guys, I’m putting on a small meet at Fuel coffee house in Henfield on Sunday 8th March with my cars and mental health clothing brand Takona. It will be on from 9–12 with space for about 20 cars. I know there’s been an 86 meet there before and unfortunately I wasn’t able to attend, my car was there though as Golding barn were repairing it after it’s run in with a lorry. Would be good to meet a few of the sussex based owners now I’ve got my car back. FB event for anyone that like to keep tabs on there. https://facebook.com/events/s/takona-fuel-meet/240546866960849/?ti=icl

I'll be there, albeit likely not in the 86. Make way for the Suzuki Alto 1.0 Daily! 😎

As the fuel local I’ll definitely make the effort if I’m available.

Res and muffler delete - how loud?

hmmm alright thanks, might stick with no silencer only if other people say the same. thanks I've got the berk muffler delete dual exit on and I honestly love it. Really nice and deep rumble especially at low revs and very little/ no drone on the motorway in 6th gear. Honestly in my opinion its great for the price. I got mine 2nd hand in great condition (£150, you could get a custom one made for less) since its essentially a straight pipe, and no problems. Saved myself £400-600 quid over getting a brand new catback and sounds louder than most catbacks out there. I'll be filming some runs either this weekend or the next with my mate, I'll post them here when i do ok? 😊

    Crack in TD Super-Res Exhaust

Hi Mike, I can't recall any particular event that stands out and the car hasn't been lowered in any way. The noise gradually came on over a couple of weeks then seemed to maintain a consistent maximum level. You make a valid point though and considering the state of the roads these days it could have well been weakened by some sort of pot-hole impact or other. I'll monitor it for now and see how we get on.
