Forgot to add this one, for my 41st my wife got me a trip to do the rally experience at Brands Hatch, I think she just knew i was itching to drive my car! I also finally got round to installing headlight washers and getting them to function as intended, no separate switch, off the stalk and only when the headlights are on, I have included a list of parts I used and a wiring guide in the video/description - Last week

For Sale - Used Perrin 3" BigMAF Cold Air Intake (PSP-INT-331), comes with two filters (~£75 each). In good condition, there are a couple of small marks on the intake, one small mark visible from the top, the other are on the underside. Managed to get the Kenwood stereo system installed, and the TRD interior panel -
"Always completely flat" - that means next charge possibly will be even by 5-10% less. Running battery completely flat damages battery. If you have no option to charge, one of alternatives i'd consider larger capacity battery. Eg. i replaced stock 48Ah with 65Ah. From what i've heard, alarms that UK cars are usually sold with, use relatively lot of electricity.

Solar power trickle charger

Hey guys, I can be away for long periods of time that results in me not driving the car for 4-5 weeks at a time, so when I come back the battery always completely flat. I have a trickle charger, but after I unlock the car with the physical key and put it on charge, the alarm starts going off and when I go to try the key to unlock/lock it, it doesn't seem to have built up enough juice to do it. Is there any way to stop this from happening? Thanks

Slight change of pace for this one, I installed a Verus engineering bell cover housing, then went on an extended holiday in California, where I met up with a friend who showed me around his BRZ/TRD 14R60, so many original pieces on this one and a lot of custom stuff too. GT86 locked with ignition on and not responding the keyless or manual unlock

Hi, I tried leaving for work the morning the same as any other day. I got into the car and tried starting. The moment I pressed the start button the car alarm went off. The car was not responding to the key, so I thought the issue could have been that the door was open. I got out to close the door to try and lock and unlock to reset the car but the car does not respond to keyless or manual unlock attempts. I am now locked out of the key with the ignition turned on. When turning the manual key, I can hear the locking mechanism unlock/lock but the door is still locked shut but something. The ignition is still on from when I tried to start it and all the lights are on and the radio is playing inside the car which makes me think it can't be a flat battery. Any ideas how to get the car open? Cheers -

I am reluctantly selling my GT86 after more than 2 years of ownership due to needing a bigger car for family. Converted by Tuning Developments with their stage 2 Turbo Kit, the car is running around 340hp with an unequal length manifold, resonated exhaust system with screamer pipe when on full boost. The car has a genuine TRD front splitter, side skirts from Fensport and a Maxton rear diffuser and spats. Valve spring recall completed & full service history. There are some age related marks but these do not detract from the vehicle. The headunit has been upgraded to a Sony unit with CarPlay along with new door speakers and subwoofer in the boot. It's lowered on Tein lowering springs and also has Rota Grid wheels along with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres. The car funs flawlessly the setup is perfect. I have had many fun road trips in this car. It is now ready to go to someone who will appreciate it. The car is only run on VPower 99 or Momentum 99 and has been looked after solely by Abbey Motorsports the last few years. It has MOT until Sept 2025 and a fresh service done in Feb 2025 Full Mods In Images Mileage: 85k £13,999 ono

Have fitted a TRD rear lean brace, have the rest of them to go on, but not been under it yet Also got the rear fog light working, didn't have to modify the bumper either thankfully Also got the auto-dimming rear view mirror installed too. Here is the latest video -

Hello everyone, I’m Robert and I’ve just bought the car I’ve always wanted. I’ve always had sensible, family type cars on PCP deals. Then suddenly lost my dad, inherited a little bit of money and thought - life is too short. So, much to the wife’s dismay, last Saturday I bought an 86. To be fair, we only have one teenage lad and she has an Evoque to run us all around in - so I think she’s just jealous. My lad loves it and I’m clearly the coolest dad on the school run! I’ve joined the club because I know nothing about the cars except they look fantastic and handle like a dream. I hope to get out to some meets during the year to have a nosey at everyone else’s.
