BRZ-123 174 Report post Posted March 17, 2022 Hi All, Sooner or later, my car will need a new clutch and i am exploring the options. I want to ideally upgrade it but with OE quality. With this in mind, would someone be able to confirm: 1. The GR86 clutch specs ( torque, power limit) and part number in the UK? 2. The UK toyota Part Numbers? 3. If they will be backwards compatible with the Gen 1? Thanks in advance

Very helpful and gives the part numbers. Struggling to get any tech specs to know if they are really upgraded or not.

I was just looking at the prop shaft for the GR86 which I gather is lightened over the GT86. And I see some synchromesh bits also. I wonder just how much of the GR86 we can buy!! Probably work out in Toyota's favour seeing as they're stalling so much in getting the actual GR86 here.
MartinT 514 Report post Posted April 11, 2022 If you want an OE like clutch able to take the torque from a supercharger, I can recommend the Exedy Stage 1. It feels exactly like OEM. Sent from my Oppo X3 using Tapatalk 1 BRZ-123 reacted to this
