Removing stock pre-facelift spoiler - Hole solutions?

Hey Chaps,

I've going to be replacing my prefacelift spoiler with a facelift version which means I'll have 5x holes that need filling/covering somehow.

I'm just curious what others who have done the same thing may have done here?

The obvious option is to take the boot lid to the body shop to have them filled, however I know some people have covered the holes with a small ebay style lip/led brake light etc

I like the option of avoiding the bodyshop and finding something else to go over the holes. This at least means I can easily revert to the old spoiler if I change my mind.
