Alpha10 2 Report post Posted June 28, 2019 Hi All, I am finally getting up the courage to replace my factory radio! I have searched but can't find an answer, so hopefully someone can help. I specifically want Apple Carplay and the Kenwood DMX7018DABS (helpfully being very shallow) looks about right for me. So, I have been going round in circles about all the adapters etc that I need. My main questions are, does the kit above also retain the current mic or do I have to route a new one? and also the 2017 BRZ has a sharks fin antenna, which I think has FM and GPS in it, but, does it also cover DAB bands, or will I need to have a separate DAB antenna?
