Fitting a brake stopper to an auto query

Hey all,

I just picked up a Beatrush Brake stopper and I seem to have an extra loom going to the auto box which is in the way. Manual cars don't appear to have this extra loom. Anyone ever fitted a brake stopper like this to an auto before? I’m not sure if I should just move it out of the way or abort mission to avoid wires rubbing against the stopper and causing electrical problems.
