mattt 29 Report post Posted March 15, 2019 Every now and again the engine takes a larger than normal number of turns to start. This can happen as infrequently as once every 4 months, although it has happened twice this week. I vaguely recall reading something about the crank position sensor being faulty in some FRSs out in the states. Anyone got any ideas? Lauren 2259 Report post Posted March 15, 2019 I think it just happens occasionally. I've had this when I haven't had the clutch depressed for long enough then it takes a few more turns to start. Not necessarily anything to worry about. Twice in a week I wouldn't worry about unless it's taking a lot longer.
