Would require you to tap a wire into something that comes on when you unlock the car (e.g interior dome light) and then other end into the power wire on the headlight unit itself that goes into the ballast for dipped beam. Best to put an inline fuse in just in case. Although I don’t know how it would work when the interior dome dims; as in whether or not the headlight would do the same. Don’t know.
