It is definitely a noticeable improvement on the standard pedal position. Only cons i can think of are that it's a little fiddly to install. I used to skate a lot so have very dodgy ankles and couldn't physically bend my ankle enough to heel and toe with the stock pedals but I can with the Cusco extension. We had some issues with shipping due to Covid-19 and all our Japanese shipments were stopped as there's no planes flying.
