Great collection. Difficult choice what to take out for a blast on a sunny day like today 🤔

Today it was the Caterham! But I did some 130 miles in the BRZ yesterday, and I'vr just been to visit my parents in the MX-5. There's always the perfect car for any occasion 😄

Little photoshoot because I thought the water looked cool on my car—I think these photos really show that my car needs grey/black wheels anyone disagree/agree?

Grey looks good with gunmetal wheels.  Not really a fan of black ones though.  A polished lip definitely helps, IMO.

The brembos make ur car look so much better , I wish I could bring myself to spend the money on them but I can’t. Was considering just buying cool looking brake discs tho lol.

Went out for a little run to keep the battery happy. Rushed off a couple of photos as couldn't resist (despite the questionable parking) being right in front of the reservoir.

I think if you could take the photo on that bridge in front of  you with water on either side of your car that would have looked cool also

If you are using this to justify your need for black/ grey wheels, get yours refurbished and powder coated in a colour of your choice. Problem solved!

Even just some red paint on the stock brakes goes a long way.

I don't have the kit to get a really good angle, looking down on the bridge, that would achieve that - but agree it would be a cracking shot.

A little dirty - OK, very dirty - and I actually took this a couple of weeks ago.  One thing Toyota got right with the GR86 was giving it a lip spoiler instead of the fussy OEM ones that came on the GT86.

No BBK yet but a little red colour brought the stock brake callipers to life over the weekend … very pleased with the outcome

You should do the wheel hub black also it would look good. Or grey!

Thanks @Jay Bamrah you read my mind.

Next on my list to do … found someone in Milton Keynes who is quoting to refurb and paint my wheels gloss black for a very reasonable price … they are only open weekdays so trying to spare a day from work later this month

Also have a back order for the Cobra Resonated Catback Exhaust with Amber Performance so waiting to hear from them in a few weeks so that I can get them fitted in … can’t wait 😍

I would love to see the outcome of that. When will your wheels be finished??

I meant the hubs though in my comment not the wheel alloy itself, ( the bit the alloy would screw into). It tends to rust after a while and looks Orange against the black alloys and red callipers etc.

I’m getting my alloys done black on the 30th if yours will be done before then then send me a photo of it so I can see please haha
