RBS group admiral direct line Churchill all offer this however they don't really cover modifications. 4 years ago I had 2 accidents very quickly and they are a blight when it comes to insurance and certainly when its comes to modification purposes like ecu or supercharging. I found Complete Cover Group - PRESTIGE in the insurance section, to be reasonably priced. Nearly half what Adrian Flux quoted. All mods covered in full.
